After 20 years of offering youth baseball insurance. I have decided to wrap it up in 2024. As a coach myself for 10 years (albeit my last year was 2010), my goal was always to help teams save money as I know how expensive it is running a team. I can only imagine the cost 14 years after my last team. I suggest you always evaluate what you are getting in return for what you pay. Whether that is baseball insurance or you league you play in. Don't get caught up in classifications, labels, and status. Remember its all about the kids enjoying the game and developing their skills.

For the 20th year I will again be offering team insurance to any youth baseball team in the greater Cincinnati area. This is a full year, Jan. 1, 2023 - Dec. 31, 2023 $2,000,000 policy with a $500 deductible and covers all baseball related activities (games, practices, fundraisers, etc.). Policies are delivered via pdf and additional insureds may be requested at any time during the year! These rider requests will be sent to you within about 4 days.

We've provided policies to hundreds of teams over the years and getting your policy is easy! Check our List of Teams to see who has purchased from us in the past.

 

Your certificate is valid for league play and all organizations including ( but not limited to ) USSSA, Nations, CABA, AABC, NABF, BPA, etc. NOTE: If you make it to a regional AABC event, you will need to purchase a policy through AABC to continue play.

 

NOTE: PURCHASES ARE NONREFUNDABLE as once the coverage is in place it cannot be returned.

Team Name
Team Age
Contact Name, address, phone #, email address
List of any additional insureds you may have along with address

Checks received by Jan. 2nd or Paypal by Jan. 7th will have policies emailed by Jan. 14th.

Checks received by Jan. 14th or Paypal by Jan. 21st will have policies emailed by Jan. 28th.

You can also get a policy after these dates if needed.

 

NOTE: I understand many tournaments and leagues want your certificates ASAP for administrative purposes. As long as you are insured before you play one of their events (game or tourney), you should satisfy their requirement. However, please confirm on your own if there is a true deadline.
